• Kyungpook National University Hospital makes every effort to develop in the field of medical education, research and treatment as the only state university hospital of Daegu Medi-city in the Republic of Korea.
• Kyungpook National University Hospital was founded as a medical complex on behalf of the Emperor of Korea in 1907 with the aim of developing medicine; at the moment, the hospital consists of the main building, which includes a Regional Emergency Medicine Center, a Regional trauma center, a Regional Center for Cardiocerebrovascular Diseases, as well as the main Chilgok building, which houses a Health Center and the welfare of the elderly generation and the Children's Hospital.
